How does the course build?
Based on 7 frontal meetings divided according to the precise stages of a sniper.
In the course, the new Sales Snipers will learn the theory of planning and collecting data in a precise manner, characterizing the ideal customer profile, where he is and how to reach him, when he is exposed and open to us, which tools are suitable for each type of customer, how to schedule and build contact with him, identifying real objections, dismantling idle objections, leveraging real objections as an engine for closing a deal, pulling the trigger and closing a deal and continuing to nurture the customer over time.
And the final meeting will be even more powerful. Just like a real snipers, your salesmanagers will also go out into the field, receive full field equipment including weapons, bullets, an orientation map, cards with customer names and more..., they will go through a course according to the stages of a sniper including real-time confrontations until hitting the target, the team and managers will cooperate together and will go through an immersive, challenging, fast-paced and very solidifying experience.
And at the end of the course, participants who have successfully completed the process will be awarded a Sales Sniper Certification certificate.
